The architecture firm Benz & Ziegler managed an office modernization for the agricultural technology manufacturer AGCO / Fendt. The office, which consists of 30 workstations in Marktoberdorf, Bavaria takes up the concepts of New Work, but thanks to the needs analysis carried out by Benz & Ziegler also takes into account the individual wishes of the employees.
The result is a highly effective office landscape with areas for meetings, conference calls and concentrated work, but also space for community and relaxation
The intelligent, sustainable use of existing resources made the renovation cost and time efficient.
The conversion of the PUR office for the purchase department is part of a series of projects by Benz & Ziegler for AGCO / Fendt, which also includes the development of an office prototype for the IT department, also in Marktoberdorf, and one employee testaurant at the Asbach-Bäumenheim.
